SEND EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT
Once received, we will begin work and will send you an email on how to send the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to us via a wire, our CLA PAY APP, or a check using a provided Fedex label.
For your convenience, we can close between 8am and 10pm Monday through Friday at an office near the property, we can come to you, we can close at your realtor’s office, or in certain scenarios we can close over your computer using Remote Online Notarization (RON). We will coordinate this prior to settlement.
