Matt Chance graduated Salisbury University in 2002 with a degree in History and Secondary Edu¬cation and University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011. Matt spent six years as a Residential Mortgage Loan Consultant from 2001-2007 and then decided to follow his dreams and attend law school. In order to pay for law school, and to garner practical experience in the construction industry, Matt spent the next six years in the commercial drywall industry as a Project Manager for a prominent subcontractor in the area. Matt ran projects ranging from 50,000 dollars to 2 million dollars industry while attending law school at night.
Matt has litigated cases in real property, construction, contracts, family law and a number of other areas. He also represented realtors and customers in front of the Real Estate Commission and other administrative bodies in Maryland. Through his experiences in different areas he has learned to communicate with a wide variety of people and uses that ability to help assess your needs and to tailor your representation to suit your needs.
